Deposit Policy
A deposit of £20 will be taken on the date of booking your appointment. Without this, your chosen date and time will not be confirmed and can be given to another customer.
Deposits are to be paid by bank transfer and are taken off the final bill.
Deposits are transferrable to new dates, with 48 hours notice but they are not refundable, If you cancel without 48 hours notice, then your deposit will be lost.
Payments for your final service bill are to be paid by cash or bank transfer and must be paid before you depart the salon and payment is received.

Wedding party policy
As part of wedding agreement, Rachel Bell Hair requires a £50 deposit, to save the date, which is payable by bank transfer, on the day of booking and this is non refundable. If this is not paid, I can not hold the date for you if another customer enquires. The remainder of the payment should be paid 7 days before the wedding, by bank transfer This will create a seamless, stress free wedding day.
Any adjustments or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do this will result in the loss of the full deposit amount. This does not include changes to party sizes that were agreed on the day of booking. Guests may be added on as long as there is time to accommodate.
An travelling rate will be added to the final cost. A rate of 0.40p per mile travelled will be added on after a 5 mile radius of where I live (b68).
