Hi I am Rachel,

I've been in the hairdressing industry for 27 years and I still love it just as much as I always have.

I had previously worked in salons around my area as well as Birmingham city centre and the Merry Hill centre.

After Covid, I began working more from my home salon and I love it! I get to spend one to one time with my clients, which enables me to give them the very best care and attention. My clients like the one to one appointments and feel valued as they are not rushed in and out, its easy to park for them and they have no worries of having to mix with a salons worth of people.

I am very much a fan of continual learning. This not only benefits my customers with extra skills I learn but also keeps me passionate about my work. I love to learn, you can never know everything in my eyes.

The highest priority on my list with hair is health. I like my clients leaving my salon with hair that feels amazing. I do not believe in pushing hair to its limit just to try and get a desired look. Most transitional colours take a number of appointments to get a desired look, while keep the integrity of the hair but I would discuss this at a complimentary consultation, where skin test must be carried out if you are a new customers and other essential hair tests may occur.
